Before reserving your rental gear, please take a moment to review our key terms:
1. Booking & Payments
✅ All rental requests must be submitted at least 3 working days in advance for new customers.
✅ Full payment is required upon collection of the equipment.
✅ Prices are charged per rental day (08:00–12:00 next day).
2. Rental Requirements
📍 First-time renters must provide:
- Valid ID/passport
- Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement in your name)
📍 International customers must submit proof of accommodation & travel details.
3. Equipment Handling & Returns
🎥 Equipment must be returned before 12:00 PM on the due date. Late returns will be charged an extra day’s rental.
🔧 You are responsible for the care and proper use of all rented items. Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged accordingly.
4. Cancellations & Changes
🚫 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the rental to avoid charges.
⚡ If you need to extend your rental, contact us ASAP to check availability.

5. Background Checks
Your personal data will not be sold or given to a 3rd party unless we are in a situation where we are legally obliged to or if it is necessary
for the operation of our business (if equipment is not returned).
We will use your data to decide whether or not we’re able to hire equipment to you and do reserve the right to do a check on your details provided and decline the application if any information can’t be verified. We may contact you for more information if the information provided is not sufficient.
Our process takes about 2-3 working days, so please be patient. We will notify you as soon as possible whether you qualify for renting from us.
